This public website introduces Lorexa, its AI technology, and its enterprise software initiatives. It is separate from customer-facing AI services, trading systems, databases and operational applications.
2. Information you choose to send
When you submit a consultation enquiry using this website, your name, business email, organization (if supplied), topic and message are transmitted securely to our website server. The enquiry is saved in Lorexa's business-enquiry database and our server attempts to send a notification to contact@lorexa.ae using our configured email service. Please avoid including passwords, trade secrets or confidential documents in the initial message.
3. Website technology
The website uses local CSS, JavaScript and packaged visual assets. Its consultation form makes same-origin HTTPS requests to a PHP backend. Anti-spam checks and limited pseudonymous request metadata may be processed for security. Our hosting provider also processes technical request logs. The supplied website contains no embedded advertising trackers.
4. Why we may use information
We process voluntarily submitted enquiries to respond to consultation requests, assess requirements, organize potential business relationships and prevent abuse of the form.
5. Storage, disclosure and retention
Enquiries are stored in a MySQL database and forwarded to an authorized Lorexa contact mailbox. Access should be restricted to appropriate personnel. Retention, backups, hosting arrangements and deletion processes must be configured and documented before production use. Exact retention periods and third-party service providers depend on Lorexa's final implementation.
6. Your requests
You may contact Lorexa to request information about the handling of personal data and any rights available under applicable privacy legislation.
7. AI products
Customer deployments and private AI applications may require separate notices, contracts, processing arrangements and technical security documentation. This public-site statement is not a substitute for those materials.
